T-shirt Week -- Take Two

Today's project is even simpler than the shoe bags.  I made cold packs for bumps and bruises, sore muscles, etc.  The soft knit from the t-shirt is just perfect for it!
this little one is perfect for little heads or fingers

this one will be great for bigger sore muscles and aching heads...

How I did it:

One.


Two.


Three.  Add rice.


Four.


Five.  Stick it in the freezer until you need it.




That's it!
